SUBLIMATION

Have you ever found yourself curious about the process behind creating those flawless mugs, coasters, keyrings, and more? Look no further – sublimation is the solution! The technique is uncomplicated: we utilize a custom printer equipped with special ink and paper to reproduce your chosen image. Subsequently, we ready your chosen item for printing by heating it. The printed image is then carefully affixed to the item and heated once more, causing the ink to transform into a gas that is absorbed by the item’s coating. After cooling down, the print becomes permanently bonded, rendering it nearly indestructible. Nevertheless, there are restrictions to this method: the items must either come pre-coated by the manufacturer or be made of 100% polyester material. Additionally, white cannot be printed using this method, so the base item should be white for optimal results.

HTV (heat transfer vinyl)

Our journey in the industry began with this system, which remains a cornerstone of our garment printing process. We rely on this system for creating simpler designs with a limited color palette and for incorporating stunning special effects like glitter, metallics, flock, 3D puff, and glow-in-the-dark elements. Here’s how it works:

1. A roll of vinyl is loaded into our plotter.
2. Our software syncs with the machine to accurately cut out the design from the vinyl.
3. Excess vinyl is removed to reveal the intricately cut design.
4. The design is carefully heat-pressed onto a prepared garment for a lasting bond.
5. If needed, the process is repeated for additional colors to create layered effects, achieving the desired finish.
   This method not only reflects our origins but also highlights our commitment to innovation and quality in garment printing.

DIRECT TO FILM

Our full colour garments are truly outstanding! Created using our innovative DTF (direct to film) technology, this cutting-edge process brings a new level of quality to the industry. DTF printing is gaining popularity due to its incredible versatility and long-lasting results.
Here’s how it works: a special printer applies special ink onto a film backing, which is then topped with powdered glue. Once melted, this design is ready to be transferred onto the garment. By heat pressing and cooling, the design becomes a permanent part of the fabric.
This printing system is favored by major manufacturers and can be seen on clothing from popular retailers. One of the best features of DTF printing is its adaptability – it can be used on any material type and color without limitations.
